I used to work there. You have to be a size 14 to work there, so that you can wear the clothes. 14 is far from skinny. Npo offense to anyone, I'm a 16 now..

I hate getting advice from people who know nothing about weight loss or have never been there. They say stupid things like just don't eat, or just eat like 100 calories a day, or drink slimfast thats healthy or eat ice chips that's what models do to lose weight! OMG where do these people come from??!!

Don't get used to it! I was a server/bartender/cook for 14 years, my body got used to being on my feet 10 hours a day. :ohwell:

Why hasn't anybody else sais to try eating more meat? You eat some meat so you're not a vegetarian right? Why don't you add some lean steaks to your diet? Some yummy lean grass fed beef. A big hunk of steak has way more protein than any protein powder I've ever ate.

chocolate peanut butter bannana ,protein and almond milk. my treat but only if I burned atleast 700 calories excercising that day. Its sooo delicous. Probably not new to anyone but I love it. Carrot juice and frozen vanilla yogurt with protein makes a yummy shake too!

My sister trys to do the atkins thing. I think shes nuts. Shes suffered and is still suffering major health issues, but can't tell her nuthin..

Oh my favorite vegetable! Steamed then chopped up with low fat mayo, low fat parm and pepper the best! Quartered and soaked in italian dressing and grilled yum. Or just cut up and dip in low fat dressing of choice. Steamed chopped with marinara sauce is good. Stirfry with noodles and shrimp.. With eggs.. Baked with garlic…

I do unsweetened almond milk splenda and cinnamon. I love creamers but theyre packed with calories and fat. The cinnamon add a nice flavor and covers up the taste of the splenda.
