It is a wonderful workout! I just wish I knew how to log it! You do 10 minutes everyday of vigious workout and its 6 days a week i like it but it is hard! I also do a 3 mile walk with strengh training everyother day sometimes everyday. I hope this all workes lol if not its alot of work out the window for me. I sweat to…
