For those who luv Peanut Butter....try 1/2 cup fat-free milk, 1/2 cup fat-free frozen yogurt vanilla, 1/2 banana, 2 tablesppons peanut butter, 1 scoop vanilla protein powder and some ice...(optional 1 squirt of sugar-free chocolate syrup)....makes for a GREAT after workout replenishing smoothie!!!!
