I log all my food in the morning while I'm drinking my coffee..I know usually the night before what I am going to make for supper. if you have an iPod or iPhone there is an app called Fast Foods, and it has so many fast food joints listed and gives you the total amount of calories, fat etc for the meal you are having. A lot of the sandwiches, fries are in the MFP Data base, so that can help you out also.

I'm not exercising right now, because I have asthma and get winded/wheezy/totally out of breath easily. I know once I have some weight off I will be able to do more, but being heavy makes it hard for me to breathe while exercising. I don't sit around all day, I work in a farmers market, so I'm moving around all day…

Mineral Oil works or maybe get an enema, I know it sounds gross but it will help you if regular laxatives arent working. Sorry your hospital can't help you out. But I really would try the enema and keep taking a tablespoon of mineral oil a day, it does keep things moving. My oldest had a problem going...hard stools, and…

I cook and grill and entertain all the time, I love it! Thanks for the friend request :) The biggest meal I cook is supper but weekends I tend to overdue breakfast :) OK off to bed for me I have a 11 hour shift at work tomorrow.
