I do not eliminate anything, I eat what I want BUT I log everything that I eat so I stay in the calorie range.

My hate list is Raw Onions Red Delicious Apples American Cheese, Mozzarella Cheese, Cheddar Cheese...OK this is easier, I like Provolone Cheese, Pepperjack cheese and swiss sometimes...I do like Feta, I will eat Ricotta cheese in ravioli or lasange Egg Yolks Tuna Wontons Chocolate Chips Fishy Fish Raisins cooked in food

Hi Tracey I think you are doing a great thing by doing it on your own, just think if you had surgery you would have to watch your intake, so doing it this way is the way to go IMO. Welcome to MFP it's a great place, feel free to add me as I'm just starting back up myself.

I'd like to join yall...I just turned 50 in November...6 hours after my Mom passed..not the 50th birthday anyone expects. I am wanting to lose 40-50 lbs right now. My son is getting married Oct 2017 so I want to look good for those wedding pictures.

I still love Jiff creamy, I also love the Jiff Reduced Fat...and I use Great Value Natural so I like 3 of them but Jiff is the best IMO

I"m allergic to chocolate but I tasted it and OMG it's fantastic! LOL I am keeping portions normal size but the foods Im making arent the most healthy, but they are good lol

I'm Italian and LOVE my pasta, but I switched over to Spaghetti Squash and i absolutely love it, I add mushrooms to my sauce with some fresh basile, put it over my *pasta* with some Parmesan and it's wonderful.

Oh wow I seriously had my count off...did you figure that on sedentary or lightly active? Gosh that seems like a lot of calories compared to what MFP has me at, they have me eating 1280 a day? Thank you for taking the time to give me that information, I do appreciate it very much.

There is no better tasting pork then a pig you killed yourself, the chops from them are just awesome, so is the rest of the meat. I love venison and elk, stag meat. Hoping to get ourselves a moose one of these days!

well you need to get different pants that aren't so tight they go up the cooch... I have my own camel toe lol I made my husband do this for me when I was at my heaviest because all you heard guys talk about is "did you see that camel toe" wth so I got my own! LOL
