I had a lot of trouble until I cut back on my carb intake. The 40 carb/30 protein/30 good fat helped me lose the 35 before I joined this site. Maybe give that a try to see if it will get you going.

My level is 1400 a day but I find on workout days if I do not go into my extra calories earned I end up starving either in the afternoon or evening and binging. My normal days are 1400 but I need at least 1600 on good workout days. I always try to have a deficit.

I'm in the same boat, I was down to my last 10 pounds (until I went on a 10 vacation with too much wine and processed food!) My motivation right now is coming from Oxygen magazine and seeing the body I want. I was much smaller in high school and found I was too obsessed with the number that I wasn't really enjoying my food…
