30lb by June 16th, friend's wedding. Need all motivation I can get

I usually marinate in italian dressing and pop in the oven for 25 min at 350. I wrap the fish in foil (like a pocket) to keep from getting dry.

I usually leave the half with the pit and wrap it in saran wrap, keeps for 2-3 days.

I second the smoothie idea. Add some whey powder (or nuts) to give you some protein.

I get like that too, one day I have an easy run, the next not so much. Maybe you're tired ...

I try to stay active, go out walking/running, anything to stay away from the fridge :smile:

seems like you don't feel so well after your lunch. i would just skip the snack, drink some green tea and see how you feel at dinner time.
