I made up for not getting my usual walking in today. I will try to send my points before I go to the neighbors house. They just got back from vacation and we are going to go see their pictures.

I spent a good portion of today in the car and by my grandparents house. I didn't get in the exercise I did yesterday. I will see what I can do yet today. Great job everyone on the points so far! I will admit, when it comes to challenges I am horribly competitive. :smile:

I managed to get 9 miles of walking in, water done, but sadly my back couldn't handle the windshield wipers. I did 10 and I thought my back was going to give out. I will still take the 95 points. So where is everyone from? Whats your favorite hobby?

I have 6.5 miles of walking in so far. I still have to finish the wipers. I'm not liking them at all. We just had a big rainstorm. I'm hoping it will stay cool long enough for me to take another walk. I'm on glass 8 of water and its early yet. I like the quote! I'm not sure if you guys checked the other thread but…

I have been walking indoors in an effort not to have an asthma attack in the heat. The sad part is everyone here has turned down their a/c so its still humid in the mall.

I found out my pedometer only works half the time. I have to look for my other one. I'm going to our big farmers market in the morning.

I just have eaten a few of the Larabars. I use it when I'm out and I'm not going to find something "safe" to eat. I use it more as a temporary meal. I have been looking for the mini Larabars so they are lower in calories.

Congrats on the 80 pounds! I too am a competitive person. I did really great when my work was doing a biggest loser style competition, but once it was over the weight slowly came back.

Don't beat yourself up over a bad day. We all have them. Just don't let a bad day turn into 2 bad days, and so on. This is where I have gone wrong in the past myself.

You can fill half gallon and gallon jugs with water to make free handweights.

Fruit is a great snack. Lots of things are in season and you can satisfy a sweet tooth at the same time.:smile:
