  • I'm so proud of you Miss Lady Bug. You are doing so well. I just had an appointment with my doctor on Monday about my knees. I'm glad to see that you are not giving up and are still moving. I hope your knees get better soon:flowerforyou:
  • I work out close to my job which is a 30 minutes without traffic (early morning) or 1 hr and 15 minutes with the morning commute if I leave my house just to get to work. I choose to get up early and work out near the job so I miss the traffic getting to work. hence saving me 45 minutes in traffic and getting my workout out…
  • 1. I logged back in to MFP and logged everything I've eaten so far. 2. I walked the trail behind my job for 30 minutes (even though it is 90 degrees outside) 3. I started drinking & tracking my water intake.
  • I'm looking forward to this happening for me. Come on smaller boobies :flowerforyou:
  • I started the C25K program at 230lbs. I just completed week 6 jogging 22 minutes. This is really a good program to help you start. There is not a set speed at which you need to run and if youcan't get through a workout the first try then you can continue until you do and then move on to the next step.
  • Too cute!!!
  • It's even worse when they pick up the box of donuts and bring it to your desk even though you keep saying no.. **sigh** :grumble:
  • I use the C25K Free program with the pink breast cancer ribbon on my Ipod Touch. I'm pretty sure you can probably download it to your Iphone also. There is also Nike + Running. I havent used that one yet. as I am using the Nike + Ipod (with the shoe sensor). The other two that I am familiar with are Runtastic and Runkeeper…
  • Checking In: I am down another 2lbs. I am 6lbs down since joining this challenge. Unless I happen to just pull off a miracle I don't think I am going to get down anioher 4 lbs in 1 day. So with that said I am grateful for the 6lbs that I did lose. I hope every have a great Christmas!

  • I now go early before work (between 4:30 and 5:00) so I don't see this being a problem this year like it was last year. Since you already know what the deal is find an alternate time to go until the newbies slack off again. This way it won't hinder your progress.
  • I'm down 2lbs this week. Ready to complete this mission:smile:

  • I just got back on the wagon this week, I started walking 60-85 minutes and staying within the calories. I had my dinner planned out this evening. I was going to have wingstop but I logged the food so I wouldn't go over and knew exactly how much I could eat.. Well once I got the food I didnt follow through and ate more…
