Don't beat yourself up over it or you will get discouraged! Start tomorrow as a new day. But while you are upset and uncomfortably full, take the time to think about how you feel (physically and emotionally), and remember it next time you are tempted to overeat.

I come from an area that when you want to "hang out" you go get food. Whether its chinese buffet, mcdonalds, applebees, that's what you do when someone asks you to hang out.
