How is everyone doing!? I finally saw some weight loss this week! Very excited!
-
I generally stick to 1400 calories max- so I don't eat back calories when I work out. I wasn't losing weight otherwise. Both my endocrinologist and dietician have told me to do this (don't go over 1400). I find that since adding the cytomel, I am a bit hungrier, and I am eating above 1400 on some days when I exercise. But…

Ok. Back on track! I've lost 1.4lbs from what I gained so far!!! Doing well so far this week :) Hope everyone else is doing great!!!

For the first time in a long time I actually GAINED 1.5lbs. So frustrating!!!!!!! I ate way too many bad foods this week. That paired with not being able to go to the gym due to injury and time of month = disaster!! I also have a new job which is messing up my eating schedule. No excuses. I need to get back on track this…

I cannot tell a lie. I have been terrible the past 2 days! Last night I had frozen yogurt (peanut butter) which would be ok, except today my mom made homemade cupcakes. I had two! OYE. Tomorrow is a new day and a new week!!!! I am taking new thyroid meds. Not that this is an excuse for eating crap, but my hunger (actual…

Thank you both so much for responding!! Can you tell me why you don't eat corn, bananas caffeine and etc. Do they affect the thyroid? Thanks again!

If i reallllllly want something, I will just have it. But I try to have it in moderation! So technically, no cheat days for me.

Today was a pretty high calorie day for me- but I didn't go over, and I didn't have chocolate or 2 sweet desserts! LOL

Working on a plank challenge is a great idea. I started doing them about 6weeks ago. When I started I could only hold position for about 30s, now I am at 1m20s! Planks work your core, your arms, your legs, everything!!

I am totally in! I have managed to kick diet soda and sweetener out of my diet, but now I am finding that my late night snacking is getting out of hand. Caro

You have read my mind. My eating is great all day and then at night I've been blowing it! I can't use my thyroid issues as an excuse or else I will be GAINING weight- never mind losing! I am in! Thanks!! Caro
-
Feel free to add me! I've lost 30 and have at least another 30lbs to go! :)
-
I have plenty more weight to lose, feel free to add me! :)

Feel free to add me. I am very active and hit the gym about 6 days a week :)

Can you perhaps ask your doctor for a different medicine that will help you? About 10 years ago my doctor prescribed Lexapro which killed my sex drive & caused me to gain weight. I asked to switch to another medicine and he put me on Wellbutrin which I never had a problem with!

Welcome! And I have sent you an add :) Caro

Hi, I have the fitbit zip which is really helpful! I have lost 5lbs this month so far! I average about 70,000 steps per week so far. Usually there is 1 day that's lower than the rest :) Caro
-
I am totally in! Great motivation :)

Hi, I would love to join! I just bought my fitbit zip about 2 weeks ago and my aim is to have at least 10,000 steps a day. So far I have only been under 1 day! Would love to know tips from people who walk 15,000 + steps a day. Very impressive! Caro

Hi, Maybe you can learn from my example. Two summer ago I tried to lose weight- to no avail. Which was strange for me- I never had a problem losing weight in the past. I had a healthydiet, gym daily etc. I had some other symtoms as well, and so I saw my doctor. Turns out I had an underactive thyroid. So, she put me on…
