I find that I can walk for hours (literally) but the elliptical works so many different muscles, that I find it difficult too. Just hang in there, you'll get it! :-)

I just hit 25% today, too! :-) I am able to wear scrubs that haven't seen daylight in a while. Congrats to you!!!
