Hi Rachel, I just discovered these messages and am really happy to read them. I came down from 160 to 150 ibs, well that was over the last two years. Everytime I loose more it just comes back again. I need some motivation and a break through plan. Good luck to us Renuka

Hi All, I am new to these postings but find it a very exicting way to loose wiegh, Been there, done that over and over again. Tired of diets. Want to loose 10lbs and stay motivated. Hoping I can count and stay on track. Renuka
