sure! im 5'4, 177.5pounds looking to get down to 145 by christmas/new years. big goal but im striving for it. always keen for new friends to motivate/keep me motivated.

thank you :) do you think that the goals im setting are reasonable? Is it easier to lose weight the heavier you are? if i can loose even 10 kg in 3 months I will be ecstatic. anything more would be incredible.
