  • Love the syntax nectar!!! the lemon iced tea is actually quite delicious!!!! I use a whey protein - 104 calories and 20g protein. pretty good banana flavor - even better when i make it with milk - more filling - great for breakfast!

  • i actually tried (at once) 2 sports bras, one underwire, and ..... duct tape... yea... it was a sight.... hurt like hell - but held em in :) Oprah did a review a few years ago Enell was rated as the best sports bras for larger toped women.... best of luck!
