  • I go by this rule... a whole large egg is 75 calories. 60 from the yolk and 15 from the white.
  • Excercise is what makes my cramps go away too. I usually only do walking, as much more takes too much out of me during my period. Plus walking/excercising makes it lighter and not last as long.
  • doesn't sound correct. Teas are almost calorie free. 2% Milk is 130 calories for somewhere around a full 8 oz cup. Try adding tea then adding the amount of milk you added to the tea separately. Should work out much less than 130 cals.

  • I have and also special K makes one too. It does help the hunger a lot! I used it for snacks in between meals and at 30 calories for one drink, thats a low cal snack!
  • I finally gave up the shells and piled what would go in the taco on a bed of lettuce. Saves me around 150 calories per shell I would have eaten. Lettuce has fiber and almost no calories.

  • This week I am attempting to do 2 days of a nutritional cleanse and also adding in much more exercise. Walked for 3 miles last night and getting ready to walk again now.
  • Splenda makes a flavored sugar subsitute. I get the mocha flavored one. They also have hazlenut. No calories!
  • Just saw this post. I'd love to join in. My goal is 4/7 days to the gym for 30 mins of cardio then 15 mins or so of strength training. I have had a hard time getting to the gym and this should make me accountable too! W-187 for your spreadsheet.

  • Look at www.coolrunning.com. It has a couch to 5k program that shows you how to incorporate running into a routine.
  • I always drink an 8-12 ounce glass of water 10 minutes before I eat any meal. It fills me up and I eat a trememdous amount less. I find I get my water intake and helps me lose weight too!

  • I go to the salad bar at the grocery store and load up a container of veggies and make a thin crust at home. I limit the cheese and load up on extra garlic, some salt and red pepper flakes.
