I have been doing Zumba Wii for a few weeks now. So far I am in love with it. Working my way up to a gym class cause it would be more fun with others.

leafy greens and fiber pass through well. introduce it slowly into your diet or you'll be in pain. natural fiber works best but I also enjoy fiber one brownies. only 90 calories each and really yummy. its a good way to fix that chocolate craving and get some fiber too ;)

you can do this... Sometimes you just gotta fake it til you make it. walk away, take some deep breaths. remind yourself of all the reasons you decided to make a change for yourself. Remind yourself that you are WORTH it!!!

You can adjust your goal to 1-2 lbs per week. your daily calories will adjust with it. I would follow the recommended calories. If you dont' eat enough your body goes into starvation mode storing what you take in.
