I found that I originally I was eating only a few exercise cals back, than it creeped up to most/all. This week I reset my goals and starting NOT logging exercise cals. For me I can't see those green cals available. Hopefully this will work to get me past this platuea and loosing again.

I try to keep it at 200-400 cals for breakfast. I have been eating every 2-3 hours, and find that works best for my metabolism. breakfast this week is 1/2 cup rolled oats with a mashed banana and 1/2 cup blueberries. delicious and filling

I have definitely been an stress eater, but with more awareness and drive, I take my stress out in my workouts. a good intense workout with meditative stretching afterwards has help immensely
