    Just want everyone to know it is possible doing a WLJ the healthy way...without starving, taking diet pills, or surgery.

    Just gotta take it one meal/one day at a time and get outdoors and move ;)

    Taking it One Day At A Time...and One Meal At A Time as well! It is an awesome feeling knowing that I too am doing this "The Hard Way" but it is the way for me. Other people's journey may take them down the road of surgery and believe me I was
    almost there. I think other ways are fine too....as long as you are healthy! Nothing is more important than your health!

    You look awesome!!! I'm down 135 pounds now and I can tell a difference but having a hard time looking in the mirror because I still see that bigger person not the actual size I am now. Has this happened with you or not? just wondering.
