I was using the 100 cal packs of caramel corn, mini choc cookies. etc. but thats really not the best choice. I had a handful of sliced strawberries last night. that worked well. hubby has been doing berries with yogurt for a little more indulgence.

I was sucessful with weight watchers a few years back. the meetings kept me accountable. I have been able to find the same sucess here with MFP (FREE) and joining challenge groups for accountability.

I log everything everyday. bad days remind me when I question the scale. it also keeps me aware so I make better choices even on a cheat day. i try to push for only a cheat meal with extra fitness fit it. I did thoroughly enjoyed happy hour friday with the girlfriends =)
