I make coffee at home using 4 tbsp sugarfree creamer and splenda, cause I like it very blonde in a 2cup mug. runs me 60cals. sugarfree also saves on carbs (which turn to fat) its an adjutments, but I after a week i didnt notice the difference. if you arent brewing your own, order black coffee with room for creamer so you…

its a hard transition when you are so use to eating a certain way. even with the best intentions. i was going quite a bit as well. I believe everything is ok in moderation. just keep logging so you are staying true to yourself and get in extra water for the sodium.

sometimes I eat at my desk but than use my lunch break to take a walk. good win/win

a bowl / salad from chipotle wihout sourcream/guac is good. everything there is fresh. Healthymex grilled chicken tacos at rubios are 130cals each."street" or mini tacos from any taqueria would be about the same.

cheesecake factory has a great chicken bruschetta. grilled breast served on a bed of greens with bruschetta on top. it was a huge portion and under 300 cals.. the only challenge than is to resist the cheesecake. controlling the portion size on anything you choose should be fine. have fun with your hubby ;)

give it some more time, you should see a drop soon. make sure your getting enought water. and remember muscle weigh more than fat so you should start seeing a loss in inches.

grilled veggie or chicken fajitas, no sourcream. or try a salad with grilled chicken, use salsa for dressing. lots of water (with lemon) try to focus on the company not the food. portion control, if you must put half away right up front. i used to be embarrased by this but it makes it soo much easier to eat less and you…

i prefer digital and I track from the same single scale for my official weight. i never weigh the same from scale to scale home to dr, etc. I even have (2) of the same exact scale one in my bathroom and one in the guest bathroom, even those don't match up.
