yup, me too. I am now 8 pounds from where I want to be (and no more muffin top-- I gain all in the stomach). I went back to low carb on Monday and have lost 3 so far ( I know it's water weight but it feels good not to be so bloated).

I am new too. I used to be pretty active, had some knee troubles, took a year off and am just now getting back into caring for myself. I have been tracking what I eat for about 2 weeks. Man, I eat a lot of crap!

I would love to join. I just rejoined the gym, ate all the junk out of my house and am ready to do this!
