If its any consolation, I too signed up online for the 3months deal thinking I would be as successful as 8yrs ago. I have to be honest the weight loss to date is rubbish. My friend is now quitting and moving over to slimming world. I am not sure yet what I will do. Seems crazy not to keep going a bit longer as I have paid…

Hi, I did WW about 8yrs ago on the old points system. With great success - YAY! But I recently joined again to lose this pesky half a stone and am using the Pro Points system. I am allowed 29points per day and 49per week as I wish. It took me a while to get used to this new system, but from what I can see over the last…

Thanks guys! I'm salivating! I'm gonna try Greek Yoghurt, blueberries (stewed a little) and chopped walnuts tomorrow I think! Yay!

I'm in West Sussex! Thanks for all your responses! I look forward to sharing tips etc

Well done you! How was Level 3 then? I've not even had a sneak peak............is it much more kick *kitten* than level 2?

Hi. I too am currently following WW pro points & am kinda doing 30day shred when I can - my knee issue is not allowing me to do it daily. Would love to know what you think of WW and if you have found any clever low point recipes to share? I just brought 2 cook books and can't wait to get trying them out. Feel free to add…

I have a son with special needs and am a single parent. Sometimes when he is in a full blown meltdown I just want to eat the biggest bar of choccy known to man!! Sometimes I resist and other times I can't help it. Raising children can be very stressful so I know how you feel! What a great idea though to have fruit at the…

I eat when I'm happy! I eat when I'm sad! I eat when I'm stressed! Putting it simply....................I LOVE FOOD!!! When I wake up I start thinking about what I will eat during the day. When I go to bed I dream about yummy restaurants and trying new cuisine! If I'm out for the day I get anxious about when I can eat…

Hi everyone! Looks like you are all working at it and sticking to the shred. Well done to you all!! I had to have a break from level 2 unfortunately as my left knee was starting to puff up. I have to say that I find the 30day shred quite hard on my knees which are a bit of a weekness for me. Didn't want to over do it. So I…

My knees were really hurting yesterday so had to skip a day. Gonna try to do day 11 tonight. Is anyone else finding it tough going on their knee joints?

Day 10 of 30day shred done!!!

Thanks for all the feedback guys! It was interesting reading your thoughts on the subject. I wish that I had a garden as I would try and grow my own fruit and veg................. But I don't. I wish I had the time to make ALL my meals from scratch....................................... But I don't. I wish I didn't work…

I do buy other fruits and they are cheaper than cherries, blueberries etc but to keep my diet varied I wanted to add some other fab superfoods too. I was simply drawing a comparison thats all. I don't have a garden so cannot grow my own. When I was married it was never a bother to me but since I am on my own I have to be…

Don't get me wrong I understand fully why fresh produce is more expensive but just needed to get this issue off my chest. Also, I work mon-fri & have an 8yr old to sort out so getting to markets etc is impossible. I cannot buy at the weekend to last us all week. Frustrating as hell, but its reality! In an ideal world I…

Wow what amazing results! Hope I have a great result once I finish the 30days also. You are an inspiration!

I have a short attention span and if I am bored I find it hard to stick to the same old same old day in day out. Not that I am justifying my reasons for jumping to level 2 or anything. So anyway day 8 of the shred and now on level 2 and loved it again tonight. Hard but in a good way. How are you guys finding it now?
-
LMAO - that really had me chuckling. I can imagine your dog thinking "don't phone it in........I'll help you out by sitting on you". Your comment brightened my day!

Woo hoo! That felt great! Just decided to go up to Level 2 of 30DS and boy that was just what I needed! I should have been on day 7 level 1 but was a little bored and not feeling it the next day. Level 2 kicked my butt big time but I feel fantastic. Not sure my body will agree in the morning but wow- I LOVE LEVEL…

Day 7, level 1 in the bag. I definitely don't ache the next day so I'm hopefully doing it right & it's just my muscles getting used to it! It feels great that I've done 7 days straight of a fitness DVD as I've never had the time to do an hour or more everynight. But as this is only 20mins I am finding the time without…

Day 6 level 1 in the bag last night. Bring on day 7 level 1 tonight. Hope I start to see some changes soon as only lost 0.5lbs over the last week & no inches. It's hard to stay highly motivated or positive. I AM gonna stick at it though cos don't want to throw in the towel too easily! How is everyone else doing?
-
Wow its great to read that some of you are already fit enough to be bored & finding level 1 too easy. I'm nowhere near that stage but its getting easier as each day goes by. I also tagged on 20mins on my Elliptical trainer after completing Day 5 level 1. Yay me! How did you guys get on today?
-
Of course you can join in! The more people to support us all the better! I am actually looking forward to doing day 5 tonight and might even add a Zumba workout at the end. Must be mad! LOL

Ok guys so I have just completed Day 4 level 1 of 30DS. Yay me! I'm so proud that I completed ALL of the circuits without stopping 1or2 moves from the end of each one. I am not half as 'sweaty betty' as I was on day 1 either so that is another positive. I am still only able to do modified push ups but hey - I'm happy with…
-
Yay! Level 1 day 3 completed! Definately don't seem as sweaty afterwards as I did on day 1 but I am still struggling with the strength elements. The way I'm looking at it though is...................doing this fitness routine is way better than not doing it cos I'm scared of being too weak. If I persevere then I CAN DO…

I did WW about 8 yrs ago and lost 21.5lbs in 3months and got down to 9st.4lbs and I was v.happy with that. I have put back on 8lbs over those last 8years ( which I don't think is too bad) but never the less and have decided to go back on WW as it worked for me once before. I joined MFP as it was free and I had never tried…

Already starting to mock jm..."I could always use a good chest fly in my life" gets me every time she cracks me up! [/quote] I did chuckle when I saw your comment! Its very cheesy but puts a smirk on my face which can't be a bad thing!

Woo hoo, I have just completed day 2 of the shred. I am not going to lie to you guys (or to myself).........................I am ok with the jumping jacks & jump rope and butt kicks and also the ab stuff, however the side lunges and arm raises and squats are killing me. I only have to stop 1 or 2 before the end but I know…

Welcome, welcome!!

Forgot to add that I used 1.5kg hand weights (approx 3.3lbs each) for day 1, level 1. Hope I haven't bitten off more than I can chew! Would be good to know the weights that you are using too. Thanks guys
