  • I'm 5"3 and would like to be 130-135lbs. I started at 11st 4lbs (158lbs) and have been steadily losing about 1 pound a week since the beginning of August so am now down to 146lbs :) My main goal just now is getting under 10st for my 21st in December, good luck guys we can do this!!
