Sorry, I'm still gagging over the thought of a liter of spit. Even if there is misconception over that part how can anyone think skin to skin contact!? If that were the case everyone in the world would have it, wouldn't they???

Funny, I was just lamenting this to my dh! It stinks but I'd rather be smaller in the waist/hips/etc and wear a great bra to help camouflage than have massive muffin top and big boobs ) He offered to make them bigger again (pregnancy) and I respectfully declined ;) We have 4 kids and I breastfed them all. Pretty sure they…

Well said! :)

Amen. I think a)if you haven't walked a mile in someone's shoes, don't judge them and b)it depends on how it is being used. I don't use playpens (we train our children early on to listen to "no" and respect it) and for the most part do not use gates (except for a dog LOL) HOWEVER we have used a leash. At Disney World. I…

I'm thinking "duh" isn't very supportive! And she asked for support. I think I would ditch the breakfast bar if you can possibly eat something else in the am--what about yogurt? Or if you have more time, scramble up 2 eggs and eat that. :) Also, you will most likely have to get moving to see the scale drop. How are your…

Great job! And you are so right. Everything in moderation is the key for me too. If I make too many things off limits I just get mad and feel deprived.
-
that's about where I'm at! :) Good job...do you feel like you can keep going now since you broke into the 160s!? I have 1 lb to go and I feel like when I get to that point it's going to be easier for some reason....

Great job! Keep up the good work. You're right, if there is too much self-deprivation/restriction....it's depressing and not sustainable. :)
-
Oh my goodness! Hilarious! And I hope too (for your sake) that he doesn't repeat that at school Yikes!
-
Amazing! My favorite part is that you quit smoking and then dealt with the weight in a healthy weight after you crossed that hurdle!
-
What an encouraging, motivating post! You have a great weight loss testimony...talk about no excuses....you had every opportunity to have an excuse with your knee but you did it IN SPITE of your injury! Way to go!
-
Great job! Now, throw those pants away and never look at 'em again! ;)
-
I think I love your smile in both pictures. :) BUT! What an amazing job. I didn't see your height at first and was going to ask how tall you are...b/c you carry your current weight very well! Keep at it and you'll get there! Exercise is key!

Great job! I agree...the positive feedback helps most people :)

Wow! Amazing!!!!!

Big difference in your lower tummy area! Great job! Keep up the good work and I daresay your scales will start to reward you eventually. You may have to change things up just a bit (eat cleaner maybe? or do a different workout routine?) but with hard work you will see a difference in your numbers. :)

Good! Now, jump back up on that wagon and kick it tomorrow! :)

Such a great transformation and good attitude! Not sure what you thought people would judge negatively!? Looks all positive to me :)

For all of the "none of your business" replies....I really thought the OP posted in such a kind, concerned way!? I don't think he was being nasty, just trying to be helpful and promote good habits/health.

That is simply not true. Please research this surgery before saying things like this that discourage people. [/quote] This is 100% true, actually. I just went for my breast lift/augmentation consultation appointment yesterday and there was a huge section on this in the information given to me. Its one of the reasons I…

Great job! Sounds like a very realistic goal :)

^^What she said^^

wow! You are doing an amazing job...Keep up the good work.

First thing. Otherwise I won't do it. :) Also, I read one time a long time ago that if you workout first thing (before eating) you're burning fat that's already there and if you workout after eating you're burning calories consumed. IDK if it's true or not (it was a reputable source) but it just keeps me more motivated to…

I totally agree with this. I think about food all.of.the.time now but I don't enjoy it anymore. :(
-
Wow. You said you had a lot of work to do still so I thought the ones in the pink dress were the "after"! You look wonderful. :) And kudos to you for proving all those people wrong.

I think if you are toned and they are faded stretch marks....they aren't really that obvious. At least they don't scream "look at me". I wore a bikini after my first 2 kiddos but haven't worn one this time so far (I had 2 more) but then I haven't lost all my weight yet...sooooo. We don't "do" bikinis as a family if that…

Great job!

I totally agree with this ^^^^ You can't wait for some magical moment where you get this burst of energy and just feel like working hard. You will have to work hard....success in itself is motivational! :) One day at a time. Get up and do something fitness related (walk, do a dvd, treadmill, elliptical..whatever) but just…

I have gotten *well over* 200 lbs with each of my 4 kids. After the 2nd I got down to a very trim size 8 (I'm 5'7 1/2") and it was great! It's proving a little harder this time since I'm 10 years older now....but it's definitely possible. My belly was HUGE each time I got pregnant (most of my weight was there so the…
