I HEAR YOU!.... this just happened to me this week too. The first week I lost about 4 and a half pounds and this week, just .6 ounces.... Talk about discouraging??? That sounds about right. I had a similar situation and I emptied my cup into a plastic 16 oz water bottle. Figured out my cup was 20 oz. I drink about 4-5 cups per day.

Just last night before my Pilates class, i had about 45 mins. I cut up some chicken breast, seasoned it with basic stuff...salt, pepper, garlic salt etc. Cooked it in the frying pan with some olive oil. Once it was done i added a pack of frozen stir fry veggies. Then i added a LITTLE bit of teriyaki sauce and let it simmer…
