I too am an 07 bypasser. I have gained back 20 pounds that I'd like to re-loose. Advice, please...do we use the same targets that non-bypassers use? same calorie goals? 1200 ish a day?

I do a kettlebell workout 3 days a week for an hour each time. I log it as bootcamp. We run, we lift, we plank, we push up....bootcamp stuff

I do have a question and I am hoping you can help. I had gastric bypass in 09. Lost 120 pounds. Over time 20 pounds has crept back. I have now lost 9 of them. I am 5'7". female. 53. I run 3 miles 4x week. Take an hour kettlebell class 3xweek. Do hot yoga 2x week. I work a mostly desk job. I cannot possibly eat my TDEE-500…

I am also up at 4:30 to workout. I generally just have a small glass of water before beginning and a protein shake afterwards. I do not experience nauseau though. I hope it resolves for you!
