try to drink the majority of your water earlier in the day...I still usually have to get up once to go to the bathroom at night. If you're just getting used to drinking so much water your body takes time to adjust...when I first increased my water intake i was peeing all the time!! Now it's not so bad.

oh and they do sell kits for testing sperm count at drug stores...not sure how accurate they are but its worth a try. He might just be worried to go to the doctor because for a lot of men, finding out they have a low sperm count is very emasculating. best of luck.

The post-pregnancy belly pooch is incredibly hard to get rid of. My stretch marks guarantee that i will ALWAYS have some looseness on my belly...but growing a baby takes its toll on the belly region for many many women. Just keep working at it and be proud of how much you've accomplished!

I hate veggies too...but I LOVE the v8 vfusion juice...the acai blueberry is wonderful and also the concord grape raspberry. theres a full serving of fruit and a full serving of veggies in each serving.

Exercise definitely does help with my depression once i get into a routine with it. HOWEVER, sometimes i do suffer from a "crash" after the endorphins wear off after a workout.
