If your weight is good, then just workout to tone and define- it wont matter your weight in that case......?????

I get it at about the 2.5K mark...my legs get in a groove, the sweat pours on and I just GOOOOOOOOOO... And Im a 230lb girl...but I am learing to run/walk interval training and Love it!
