YES! Walking is great for loss. I walk/run, but my running is not fast at all. Doesnt matter WHAT you do to exercize, as long as you get off the couch and do what you love. I microwave mine all the time. Cut in half length-wise. Place 1 half upside down on a glass plate and microwave for about 8 minutes on High. I buy meself something new in a smaller size or new things to help me in my fitness journey, like a new sport bottle, a new fitness app, or new fitness equipment, new running shoes.....anything BUT FOOD!!!! :flowerforyou:

I started running last year and this fall started zumba! Love me some HIP-Action!!! between the two I have lost 57 lbs. For me, cardio is the only thing that works. The running improved my stamina and the Zumba helped sculpt those hard to tackle women areas, like the hips and thighs...

If you have a gaming system, check out Zumba, Just Dance, etc....these are fun, they get you off the couch, and soooo fun! You wont feel like you are working out!
