dont be afraid to look up dressings from your favorite restaurant and if its DO-ABLE by calories (check their nutrition lite) then ask them for some to go....It seems like I love it at the restaurant, but cant buy it at the stores....

I buy (in little single serving containers) the sweet onion vinegarette at SUBWAY...I buy like 10 at a time! they only charge like .25 each and they are portable and great on sandwiches and next to nothing on cals...like 20 per TBSP...LOVE IT! ask them and they will serve u! It has the sweet taste I crave and love it on…

Definitely C25K program....Im 230 and have run 2 5K's -one in April and one in May and did them in 45 minutes, I still run/walk them, but they recommend interval training for higher fat burn and It WORKS!! And I can say, Dont Care about people looking at you even if you are on the open road- A fat girl running is better…

I do Just Dance and I love it - so fun....we exercise and laugh the whole time!!! its about 100 calories per half hour!

It was harder on the knees without the shock absorbers on the treadmill....was slower, but sweat MORE! and feel much more accomplished when done....you feel like you are actually GOING somewhere...LOL

We both wave to every rider, except the scooters....LOL...just kidding- If it had two wheels and is under motor power of some kind- WAVE!!! Its also great for motorcycle awareness if other people see you doing it.
