I use Just dance 2 and I sweat more with that than on my treadmill....I love it and I count it as aerobic low impact aerobics. i do about 30 minutes (not counting the downtime inbetween songs) and burns about 250....and best of all its FREAKIN FUN!!!

I use my Wii Just Dance 2 all the time and it makes me sweat more than my treadmill....LOL

friends?? Im at 227- looking for 180..... 41 years old and tired of feeling like a slug...started couch to 5K and healty diet (I was 274 when my journey began)

Im starting COUCH to 5K....maybe you could start there, Ive never been a runner and fat most of my life, but with 48 lbs gone, I can at least try it- GOOGLE it for more info......

1 pkg imitation crab, 1 block cream cheese, 3 tbsp sugar or substitute, green onions- MIX- Voila! crab rangoon cracker dip- my favorite thing!

I am in the same time frame..... was 274 in February and now 229...from a 22/24 to a 16/18! Good Job- hang in there!
