May 1: 11,446 May 2: 12,000 May 3: 10,864 May 4: 10,237 May 5: 7,692 I fell short of my goal today, but i was feeling so worn down all day that I think a day off (with tacos and margaritas) was just what I needed.

Day 29-30: 14,716 Alright so I definitely didn't hit my goal of 300,000 but i walked way more than I would have if I want in this challenge including 26 miles of working out. Can't wait to see what may brings!!! See you all there!

Day 25: 10,248 The upside of having someone calling you at your office and demanding files with a tone of voice that should be reserved for people who kidnap puppies and curse at nuns? You have to walk back and forth from the file room and rack up most of your steps in one go!

Day 23-24: 19,693 Ps guys I got my fit bit and i freaking love it. I want to marry it i love it so much. I was missing so many steps trying to use my phone and I love all the little reminders and motivators.

Days 13-17: 17,269 I'm scrimping and saving for a fit bit because using my phone for a pedometer isn't cutting it. I never carry out around with me in the office and suddenly it's 6pm and I've walked 600 steps. Can anyone recommend a cheap pedometer (it doesn't need bells and whistles) until I can get something fancy?

Day 6: 10,014 The thunderstorms have been out of control, so it's been a lot of walking at home while watching Netflix.

Day 5: 1,163 I think if possible i nearly walked negative steps today. Work was a mess and then straight to a family dinner. I walked to my desk, to my car, and to the dinner table . Picking it back up tomorrow

Day 4: 10,370 Fun fact: walking late at night while listening to a true crime podcast is ill advised. How fast I walked is directly linked to how scary the crime story was

Day 3: 10,000

Day 2: 10,949 I feel great about hitting my goal this weekend but 10,000 steps is way for than I thought it was... and tomorrow I go to my office job. Any tips to get in steps while you're sitting all day?

@jesiann2014 thank you! I'm trying to be consistent even when the rain/small children make it tough :)
