  • 1.31 last check in for the round! Weight was back up to 240 this morning but I think this was more of a water retention thing than a weight gain. Lots of salty foods yesterday. I've been tracking all of my food for 31 days and feel really good about it. Excited to see what's in store for round 140 ❤

  • 1.28. 237.5 again. This is a 4 pound loss for January and I'm super happy about it. Pizza and cake for dinner but only went over my calories a bit and ate half of what I normally would have. Happy almost Friday everyone!
  • 1.27 down to 237.5 today! I've been feeling good about staying on track, even on the days things don't go the way I plan.
  • 1.26: starting today with an empty house and I got to finish my coffee while it was still hot. It's been a rough week but I'm really proud that I've tracked even when I didn't want to - it saves me from having to re-start when I'm back to feeling like myself. Looking forward to a quiet day of working from home.
  • 1.25: 239.3. Continuing to track and prepping meals today. My life is so much easier when I have healthy meals/sides prepared.
  • 1.23 DNW. Went for a2 mile walk with my son, his friend and the doggo. Ate dinner out with my siblings but tracked it all. Planning on food prepping tomorrow
  • 1.22 it's been a rough few days. But I'm checking in because my goal is consistency over perfection. I went over calories. But I drank 64oz of water and took a very happy dog for a walk so I would have something to be proud of. See you all tomorrow ❤
