I've been taking my meds properly but have still been very depressed lately so haven't gotten hardly any walking done...Which makes me feel even worse. Hopefully I can start getting more steps in soon, I really need to push myself, even on bad days.1

So today after traveling 9 hours last night only had about 6k steps, it has also been raining all day. At around 7:30 the rain stopped and I was able to walk many blocks and then out on the beach to walk back. It was absolutely wonderful and peaceful and I got more steps than I anticipated. I love walking on the beach and clearing my head. Hopefully tomorrow will be equally good.1 -
I'm a little behind this weekend. I hurt my back and haven't done much. Will be back tonit during the week.0
