New month means a new 10,000 steps a day challenge! :)

If you joined April's challenge welcome back! For those of you who are new to this challenge a big welcome to you as well.

May's 10,000 Steps A Day Challenge...... GOAL: 310,000 STEPS

I'm challenging you to take 10,000+ steps every single day of the entire month of May. I don't care if you walk, jog, or run just get those steps in. You can do it!

If you want to create a ticker to help keep track of your step progress you can go to and create one. Copy the code and you can paste it in here.

If the weather is bad and you can't get outside to walk, or you want to get a few more steps in at home check out Leslie Sansone's Walk at home videos on youtube. Leslie has some great videos and they're very easy for people of all fitness levels to partake in.
