Yea high cal meals are oh so yummy but terriable for your tummy ! Try oat meal or something like it and snack ! Yogurt , apple sause , fruit . Make sure your eating enough protein and carbs . I need to try the protein shakes also ! I cant ever get all my cals in lol Just keep it up sweety its hard now but it will pay off…

I use shape up for the Wii and and love it. It tells me how many cals I have burned so I just go under cardio and adjust the time to how many cals I burned. So far after 4 wks I have lost 5 lbs and you cant cheat they have a camra on you lol Its fab!

Dont fret hun , it happens ! What you have to make sure you dont do is fall off the wagon ! We all give in , it happens. You just have to start over where you are and make better choices the rest of the day! Dont get mad or down on your self! You know you messed up now you know to plan better on hectic mornings! To be technical per my daughters dr( she had surgery.) everything counts as your water intake. To do it healthiest is a totaly different story there. Adding crystal lite or a little lemon is deff better then tea or coffee for obvious reasons.

Well it depends on one how much you work out. I know when I do a good work out and feel like I am gonna die then I am hungry all day long. On the reverse when I dont work out , and just clean house and all that its an effort just to get my main cals. down. Two it depends on what you are eating. Starches tend to fill you up…

I have the same issues! It sucks let me tell you . Try good streches and motrin, advil, and ice and heat . Sometimes ice works and not heat . Sometimes its the other way around ! All else fails go see your Dr you might have an issue that needs to be addressed!
