Thanks for the encouragement ladies it has made me carry on with it. Level 1 Day 6 is done. I'm not giving up but I will be glad to see the end of jumping jacks. I really need to get a better sportd bra though, I nearly gave myself a black eye this morning :)

day 5 done although with many interuptions as my 4 year old wouldnt give me 20 mins of peace today lol is anyone else weighing heavier when they do this dvd? This is my third attempt at it and the third time my scale goes in the wrong direction, I was certainly losing more weight without it. not sure i want to continue it…

Day 4 done! It'd getting easier now but i still don't like it though lol Pammie- I'm using 2.5lb weights but feel I could do with something a bit heavier

Day 3 of Level 1 is done:) I've been so sore today..mainly the fronts of my thighs but i wish i had done the workout this morning as it's really loosened everything up a bit. I've decided to lay off the exercise bike for a while because my body seems to be wondering what the heck is going on lol

As a recovering bulimic and someone now at the opposite end of the weight scale and trying to lose weight. I haven't been offended at all by the OP post. People like this annoy me. There is a vast difference in having no money because you are saving it all /spending it on holidays to having no money because you are in a poorly paid job and can barely find enough cash to pay your bills!

I'm ready to start day 2. Jillians voice gets on my nerves so what I do is mute the TV and listen to my ipod. I work out harder if i'm listening to upbeat music and am less likely to throw something at the TV when she is moaning on but not actually doing anything herself! :mad:

I have weights that I strap to my wrists. (I think they are for your ankles while swimming) But with these on I need to keep my arms moving so i don't get a dead arm... lol
