I peeked at your diary. Your diet cosists mostly from animal protein and processed foods. You can definitely increase your calories with veggies and fruits, high in micronutrients. Avocados, nuts and seeds and most of the cruciferous vegetables.

It takes 6 weeks for your brain to remember or forget. Yes, will power is needed, I don't deny that. But when you see results of your weight loss, it is pretty good cravings deterrent. Also, get rid of foods that you crave, so you don't have a reason to go to that pantry.

I am now wearing 29 size pants. When I started my weight loss I was in size 38. All my clothes now are M size from X-L. It was a complete wardrobe change, but you know what? This is an awesome problem to have.

If you don't have too many of the "cheat days", it should just pass through your body. Like folks saying couple of days. Although sometimes I've done IF (and there is nothing wrong with intermittent fasting once in a while), it would put you back pretty quickly.
