I lost total of 90 lb and the last 40 were lost after recalculating my calorie intake based on TDEE percentage. And the best thing about the 90 lb weight loss is I am maintaining them without much of the effort. I love my diet. I love my exercise and the rest just works. Give it a shot!!! This is me before:…

Yes, you are correct. Your body is not the same, as it was earlier. It is not important how old you are. What is important is that you recognized what you need to do for yourself. Learn good foods, learn good exercise routines and stick with it. And weight loss will follow your new lifestyle.

Fantastic!!! Great job, keep it up!!

You are awesome!!! I remember the feeling of my first nonstop mile. This is a great feeling and what is better is you will improve going forward. Few extra steps at the time and you will eventually run 3.01 miles!! I am so happy for you. I just did mine 5K to benefit St. Jude research for the first time ever in May

Why don't you like to get on the scale? I would advise for you to weigh in daily to monitory your progress. You know what you eat and what exercises you do every day, why avoid how it is affecting your weight? Good luck to you with your goals!!!

Sounds like my story. I adjusted my diet from low-carb to a plant-based diet back in January and broke my huge mufti-week plateau. Eating mostly raw/un-cooked vegetables dropped additional 18LBS (and brought my total cholesterol number to 138) Welcome to look at my food plan and let me know if you have any questions.
