Well??? I really think you just need to do this just for you. What you could do is just start off on daily walks 30-60 mins at a pretty good pace. Use MFP everyday to count whats going on with food and exercise. 1.5-2lbs I think is a safe way to do this things. I know you want it fast but it will come in time. Start out…

wrote about this a little this morning man and sometimes I just thing about what the end of the day will be like or i will feel like that I didn't work out. Sometimes I just get in the car and head to the gym. Just go and if I'm feeling off maybe that day just do a light workout to get warmed up and wake up.

I don't use an HRM, nor have I really heard of it. And while you said you're not "slamming anyone," it certainly seems as if you are! I definitely log in taking the stairs (if it's an excessive amount) because I used to always take the elevator, so that's strain on my body that it's not used to therefore works it harder…

Well 5 pounds that quick might be some water? Look at your sodium and make sure your getting enough water and eating enough each day. With those hard cardio workouts it's so important to get that water back in and eat enough so your body keeps working!
-
Good luck !! Be prepared and you will be fine

Welcome Bex and I am certain it will! Just keep at it everyday and make sure you come back every day. If you keep up with your daily diary and keep coming back ( oh plus exercise) you will get it. Best of Luck
