  • If you are not adding any additional fat/oil and the fat you refer to is released from the meat as it cooks, wouldn't that already be accounted for in the calories you entered for the meat ???
  • I have got a pair of hot pants and a pair of flares. I wear them every time I work out and they do make you sweat alot. I have lost inches but as I am exercising/dieting anyway how much is from the hotpants/flares and how much from dieting/exercise I can't say. I wouldn't be without mine now though xx

  • Give it a try, what have you got to lose. I would customise my goals to the average over 7 days of 1611. Try it for a few weeks and see how you get on. I've just increased my calories and lost 1.4lb this week.
  • After bumping around 161-160lbs for a few weeks I decided to try upping my calories. I have set my calorie goal to maintance on MFP giving me 1750 cal per day then I am using my exercise calories to create my deficit. I have lost 2.6 pounds this week even though it is my TOM. Hoping to get to 140lbs or lower for my sisters…

  • I recently bought a Polar FT4 (pink) which I have used for Zumba, found it really useful as it pushes me to work harder so I can see the calorie burnt number going up.
  • I recently bought a Polar FT4 from amazon aswell, being a girlie girl like you I got the pink one. I absolutely love it, gives me the extra motivation to keep going as I can see the calories burnt number going up. I think I paid about £54.99 in the UK which would be about $80 I think. Definately worth the money if you can…
