I started this on July 1st but have already missed 3 days due to knee issues. I'm wondering if it's best to give up or to just find modified versions of the lunges. I know she says not to modify, but I already have bad knees (have been to physical therapy and everything) and am concerned that I'll hurt myself. Suggestions…

Personally, I nay. I'm sure they're good, but mentally that isn't a meal to me so I know I would drink one and then want to eat later.

I still wear them! I'll probably need a new pair soon though! I've had these since 2008 and I think they've almost had it.
