Walden Farms in the health food section at HyVee has a bunch of 0 calorie dressings. Target also has some 15-20 calorie options in their Archer Farms brand.

I know the feeling! I get a lot of recipies from skinnytaste.com. She has lots of 'lightened up' comfort foods and they are still super yummy! Most are very easy and require ingredients most people already have on hand.

I have heard that Jillian Michael's Killer Buns and Thighs works well. I havent tried it yet, but I am planning on doing it tonight.

I do shred 5 days, cardio 2-3 days and take one rest day. I am on day 8 of level 1 and I love it! In my first week, I lost 2 inches total and I don't have a whole lot to lose. Like others have said, make sure you take your mesaurements. Do not just rely on the scale. Feel free to add me and we can compare results! :)

Day 5 Level 1 done! I already feel stronger! I'm not nearly as sore and the cardio feels much easier! The push ups are still hard and I am only able to do a few 'real' ones before dropping to the modified version.
