Great work! Keep it up, you look fabulous!

You look great! Congratulation!!!

I can relate; I LOVE pasta and like you, I can eat twice the normal serving size without realizing it. Most of the time, I have to guess how much I'm eating, I don't have a food scale or anything.

I just ran a 5K this morning; I put my keys in my fleece, zipped it up, and gave it to the gear check people. No problems there. In the past, I lived close enough so I would just walk to the race, so I've been pretty lucky. But I'm going to check out those banjees that someone just posted. Those seem ideal.

Amazing! You look fantastic!!!!

I actually developed a caffeine allergy two years ago. For someone who drank Coke religiously, this was devastating. However, two years later, I hardly miss it. Occasionally, with certain meals I will.... otherwise, I have grown to love water. Once in a blue moon, I will have a Sprite, but that's it. And when I do, it…

According to this site, I'm a rectangle.

I can totally relate! I've always been a closet member of the IBT committee, and I have a love/hate relationship with exercise, because I don't want to lose my girls (what's left, anyway). I was a 34B and now I've noticed my bras are too "big." :/ Argh. I wish I could take the last 5 pounds I need to lose (that is sitting…

Agreed. I tried it once, and I'll never eat it again. Just looking at it makes my stomach turn.

I just did my first WD last Sunday. It was 3.28 miles of brutal insanity lol. The mud is extremely slippery, and if you have shoes with poor traction, you'll have a difficult time. There are a lot of climbing obstacles, which I knew about, but I was NOT prepared for. My arms were killing me the next day. It was a blast…

Yes, I count it. And I used this website to help track other exercises, too. Every little bit counts! http://www.everydayhealth.com/food-fitness/exercise-activity/calories-burned-everyday-activities

I'm about 5'5/5'6, and my goal weight is 112. I am small boned and naturally thin to begin with, so I don't think it's too outrageous of a goal. My SW was 137, and I looked terrible, in relation to my body frame. I was even asked if I was pregnant or when I was due, and I clearly wasn't pregnant. It was depressing.

Wonderful! You look great!!!!

So, I'm back to report that I loved the WD! I will definitely participate next year. The obstacles kicked my butt, though! I have absolutely no upper body strength, so let me tell you I am HURTING today. I still managed to finish in 45 min.... not bad for all the mud and slipping and sliding around.

I'm doing the Warrior Dash this Sunday, 6/19. It'll be interesting, I just did a 5K two weeks ago, but it was a serious one and I managed to finish. The WD is all about fun.... I'll let you know how it turns out.

You look AMAZING! Way to go!

I weight every morning.... and yeah, it's frustrating, but I can't help it. It's a sick addiction.

I have a mosquito allergy, and unfortunately, nothing I do helps it. I've tried it all from Benadryl to wearing long layers (even in the summer). It's hopeless. I wish I could suggest something to you.

Absolutely. I log everything I eat, everyday no matter what. The other day I was 1000 calories over my goal. Not sure what happened, I was just HUNGRY and nothing could satisfy my hunger. But I've heard it's good to "shock" your system.

I was wondering the same thing.

Hi there! I'm in the Chicago Burbs too. You can add me as well if you'd like.
