Height: 5'7 Current weight:167 Starting weight :177 Goal weight: 158 Started seriously trying to loose weight Oct 2013 Exercise: body pump 2x week, running (1-2 a week), hot yoga (1-2 a week) I've dropped my calories down to 1360.
