I agree with the healthy approach of what works for you. I've heard about the starvation mode as well and I think it just depends on the person's body. Maybe since the beginning of the program does have some stop&start intervals, I'll work on increasing speed. Try to run 10 minutes faster than I normally would. I don't know if that makes sense. I'm going to start B210K in about a week. I've completed C25K and B210K before but I got "out of shape" last winter and I started the running programs over. I've got a little bit left of C25K and then I'll be done. Feel free to add me for motivation. Good luck!

Tomorrow I start Week 6. I've completed this program once before but then let myself get out of shape. How do you all log her DVDs in My Fitness Pal? Do you count it as circuit training? Do you count the time of the entire workout (warm up and cool down included)? I love her DVDs, I just want to make sure I'm logging them accurately. Thank you! I also have her DVD set, "The Biggest Winner." Love it too!
