Problem is a cup of cooked rice is totes different than a cup of prepared rice in size and volume. :3 So do you weight everything prior to cooking? What if his jambalaya is already cooked? Oh how measuring calories sucks.

Pizza... definitely pizza. I can't justify it to myself. It's not super filling, yet has so many calories. It makes me cry that one slice can be higher in calories than most of my meals in their entirety. :<

That makes a lot of sense, since testosterone will increase metabolism.
