I thinki we are all like this in so many ways.. Motivation has to come from within.. The Boot Camp is pretty tough I use to do this workout.. Try working out for 15 minutes a day... Don't be so hard on yourself you are one step closer than you were yesterday... Just keep pushing forward..

I get the same way, everyone says to eat after you workout.. I can't I get sick & feel like I'm going to faint. I try to eat an hour before I work out & drink a protein shake right after my workout..
