Egg yolks are delicious and full of numminess. Also it's saturated fat that contributes greatly to your cholesterol levels (as cholesterol is produced by your body in order to break down fats). Plus, what else would you dip your toast into??

I would suggest looking in to the types of fiber you are eating. You should have a balance of soluble and insoluble fiber (most people eat a lot of insoluble). Another thing is to up your water intake :) keep things flowing, so to speak!

LOL yes it counts ;) hehe they don't intend for you to eat it! Actually, the calories probably come from the sugar and/or sugar alcohols they put into the gum. You know how the sweet taste disappears after a while? that means all the calories are gonesies :O]

I love a good steak too but I don't want to eat one very day, unlike my bf who could eat meat 3x a day :) that is all I meant. I think if you are eating meat a few times a week it is fine. I don't think you need to purposely vary your protein intakes, as long as you are getting all of your amino acids!

I use Dance Central for the Kinect and I LOVE IT! such a good workout. The best part is that it tracks your calories based on your weight and the amount of movement you do with your whole body the WHOLE time the song is playing. It is great cardio, highly recommended :)
